Vertical hobbing machine OFA 32 CNC 6 is intended for milling of face gears with straight and helical tooth, chain wheels, worm gears milled by radial and tangential method, gear wheels with longitudinal modification, spline shafts and other types of gears milled by hobbing-type machining.

Modern design with limiting of clearances of milling carriage and table enables milling of hardened gears and high-speed milling of non-hardened gears with hard-metal tools. Machine is intended for serial and single-piece production. Operation, adjustment and maintenance of the machine are solved to be easy, quick and force-less controlled. Automatic working cycle of the machine and eventual fitting of the machine with the workpiece magazine enables multi-machine operation. In basic variant the machine is fitted with control system Sinumerik 840 D and drives from Siemens. It features six controlled axes.
